Charlatan and Presets

I use PreSonus Studio Artist for MIDI Editing in my Windows 11 computer.

I used to have great presets in Charlatan2, then I cloned my Windows 11 C: drive onto a larger drive and now there are no presets.

I tried installing Charlatan3 with all the .fxb files in the same C:Program files/Common Files/VST3 folder.

I see the new Charlatan3, but still no presets?

How or Where do I install the VSTi's and Presets so these instruments work correctly?

I've also lost all the presets for the Arturia instruments too ??? How do I recover all my instruments?
