hi everyone,

I still stumble upon audio layers where i hear clicks, pops, some strange low end bumps etc. and always try to find out what it causing these, audio drivers, FL Studio maybe, the plugin settings etc. i found one example which is PIGMENTS where i use Pigments for a simple Drone i set up with basic settings in granular mode and you can hear

some small bumps/inconsistencies
Drone inconsistencies.wav
click on the left side
Drone inconsistencies2.wav
again click and small bump
Drone inconsistencies3.wav
do you have any ideas how I can reduce this or of course dont have these at all? so I have a consistent drone but not with such artifacts?

If that happens with any synth plugin, then I would check out the drivers. I use the ones that are for my Focusrite 2i2. I don’t know what setup you have, but that might be something you can look at. Also, if you have a different DAW, you can see what happens with that, or use the standalone version of whichever plugin.

ive had similar issues with pigments before, pretty sure it was a buffer size thing for me. try bumping it up to 512 or 1024 and see if that helps
