This looks interesting and it is still beta but would like to know if anyone else has tried it... Programmed by the same guy that programmed Manhattan.

Oh my ...

Quite impressive system. Almost certainly someone will combine this with the large language model AI, and then writing plugins becomes a matter of prompts.

Wow! Interesting! Looks rather similar to APE:

but with commercial ambitions - which may be a good thing with regard to regular maintenance but also a bad thing with regard to openness of the ecosystem. We'll see how this goes. Looks like the author is trying to figure out a hybrid open-source/commercial business model which could give us the best of both worlds - which would be great. From the FAQ:
Is Klang / Klang Studio open-source?
The Klang language is the intellectual property of Chris Nash / nash.audio, but uses a permissive, open-source attribution licence that permits use (and modication) in both commercial and non-commercial use. For commercial use, please email licensing@nash.audio to discuss attribution options.

Open-source models are being considered for Klang Studio and the Klang toolchain, possibly following a GPL/commercial licence hybrid, but will depend upon finding a financially-sustainable solution that supports maintaining of the technologies.
I'll keep that project on my radar and am looking forward to the release of v1.0.
