Each node can work as downward compression or upward dynamics shaping, allowing you to control or lift specific areas of the spectrum. The EXP mode is not meant as a conventional gate-style expander; it is closer to upward compression / upward shaping for bringing out detail, focus, and movement.

Features include up to 10 dynamics nodes, no fixed crossover bands, Stereo / Mid / Side node modes, Global Scale and Mix, real-time GR / upward movement display, a built-in safety limiter, resizable UI, A/B, Undo / Redo, and support for Windows VST3 and macOS VST3 / AU.
For this beta, I’m especially looking for feedback on the UI and workflow.
SOL-8 uses a somewhat unusual way of visualizing frequency-based dynamics, so I would like to know whether the node-based operation feels clear, whether the GR / upward movement display is easy to understand, and whether the workflow feels practical in real use.
Sound and CPU feedback are also welcome, of course.
