As if the world needed another Roland Jupiter-8 emulation, right?



Well, this one's modeled on an old, unserviced studio unit, with all its instabilities, warble and wobble intact, right down to the DAC scan noise, all of which, apart from a subtle drift, no other plugin out there captures, to my knowledge, neither TAL nor Arturia nor Roland itself (confirmed by measurement).

As always, this is a work in progress. Missing features are coming, and plenty is still being built out. The thing to focus on at this stage is the modeled voice card oscillators, give those a proper listen. The filter and envelopes aren't fully tuned to accurate measurement and times yet.

It goes without saying that, since this is an early beta, anything missing simply hasn't been built yet, so there's no need to report absent features or non-working controls as bugs. I know what's still to come.
