Hi everyone — first DC for me. My entry is Meter Core, a free master-bus meter that tries to answer the question normal meters don't: "is this mix actually done?"

Instead of just showing you levels, you pick a commercial target (streaming, club...), play the track through once, and it gives a verdict — PASS, WATCH, or PUSHED — with receipts: eight indices most meters don't have, like Side Air, Punch Reserve, Low Width Risk and Push Damage. The idea came from years of staring at LUFS numbers that were technically fine while the mix still fell apart in the car.

A detail that surprised even me while filming a demo last week: the same master can be PUSHED against the streaming target and PASS against the club target — the verdict genuinely flips with the target, which is the whole point of judging translation instead of loudness.

- Free, no signup wall
- macOS 10.15+, VST3 + AU (Windows port is in the works, but the DC entry stays as-is)

The part I'd most value being torn apart on by people who mix daily is the verdict calibration — where PASS/WATCH/PUSHED thresholds sit per target. That's the hard part and I keep tuning it. Brutal honesty welcome.

Good luck to all the entrants — genuinely strong year from what I've downloaded so far.
