Hi everyone,
I've been experimenting with a workflow for turning a simple MIDI idea into separate orchestral instrument parts.
The tool analyzes the MIDI performance and creates an editable multi-track arrangement for strings, brass, percussion and other sections.
The result can be exported as MIDI and opened in a DAW, where you can assign your own virtual instruments and libraries.
I'm currently testing the workflow and would be interested in feedback from composers who work with orchestral libraries.
It's free to try at the moment:

Would you find this kind of workflow useful when building orchestral templates or mockups?
Best,

sounds incredibly boring to me - orchestration/arranging is one of the fun bits where I want to spend some time.
I have no issue with using AI but only for hack work that I wouldnt enjoy

It's already relatively simple to convert a MIDI piano sketch into an orchestral arrangement, either manually or with a few scripts in Reaper, for example.
I agree with @sandandpaint, the fun part is the refinement of that process, to make the orchestral arrangement as interesting as possible. I definitely wouldn't want an AI to take away that decision-making from me.
