Old animated music video with characters like street signs... what was it?

I remember this beautiful song and story that was a music video years and years ago. Likely 2000's or something, but I don't really recall. What I do remember is a young character that looked like a street sign character go about his life. Go to school, get a job, find love, lose love, get married have kids, chase money, grew older, parents die, etc.

I would like to watch and listen to this again, but I have NO recall about what the title or song is.

I do recall it was like a chill house/trance song without lyrics. Instrumental and I recall a blue background with white street sign characters and symbols to tell the story. It was reflective, healing, chill, but alive.

I recall little animated white airplanes, baby being born, the little character feeling heartbreak, focus, chasing money.

Any ideas? Thank you <3

can't help you with this specifically, but hope you find it. I can't stand when I am in the same situation and haunted by an old song with no way to find it.
