When you change the length of an existing MIDI note the length value box is not updated (until you select the note again)
I think this is the same problem as the velocity value not being shown for notes when you insert them.
it's OK in v.1.3.0

confirmed , kind of .
for me the length display doesn't show any value at all here , if a note inserted selected or not , works fine in the event list though .
the velocity shows only values if the velocity is changed , and not when a note selected , as above , works fine in the event list .
edit: the length field only displays something when the velocity is changed
