the Power buttons on Sequencer comps in the Main Mixer do not turn off the Sequencer.

And a couple of times I got an Address Violation when I clicked the buttons. (can't find the way to repeat this though)

Confirmed. I get an Address Violation every time I click the Sequencer's power button in the main mixer.

It doesn't work in v1.3 either, or am I missing something?!

Branis, do you get an error message when you click the power button for the sequencer in the main window? That's what happens for me.

"Fixed" sort of - the Sequencers don't have power buttons any more
