no lameenc.code when opening FL vst

some weeks ago I tried to open FL dxi version within a Sonar's demo. A caption said the lamenc.code was missing and so it couldn't open. Immediately another caption said the tool must be used by another application, which doesn't seem to be true.

well, I thought that was a problem with Sonar's demo, not with FL.

Now, today I tried opening it within Chainer and same results.

BUT that lamenc.code file happens to be there in FL's folders.

what's the problem?
