M Media Audio Releases Violet Crown - Free Bus Compressor and EQ for Windows, macOS, and Linux

M Media Audio has released Violet Crown, a plugin that combines a three-band EQ with six independent filters and a custom RMS bus compressor in a single panel. Each EQ band provides separate boost and cut controls; two independent filters per band rather than a single shared control - giving engineers asymmetric shaping and two discrete points of control within each band. The compressor uses per-channel RMS detection with program-sensitive auto-release that adapts continuously to the material.
M Media Audio has been in professional audio since 1994. Based in Austin, Texas, the studio has mixed and mastered thousands of broadcasts and records across three decades - working with national acts, local artists, and independent labels. Violet Crown comes directly out of that work, a bus processing tool built for real sessions.
The plugin ships with dual analog-style VU meters with 300ms ballistic response on left and right output channels independently. An EQ-first or compressor-first routing toggle sits on the right panel.
