sonicLAB has updated its advanced stochastic synthesiser to version 8 and 8S (the ambisonic surround sound version).
The update includes the following features and improvements:
- Vertical polyphony arrangement for the micro events; up to 3 phase locked events can be synchronized to augment the vertical density and this can be randomly changed as well.
- New Binomial distribution function for meso and micro event density management.
- A revised DSP engine and less memory consumption.
- OS X Catalina compatibility. Cosmosƒ Saturn8/8S is notarized for MacOS Catalina.
Beginning with this update all sonicLAB products will use the PACE / iLOK authorisation and licence management system.
Cosmosf Saturn 8 and 8S comes in VST3, AU and standalone versions for Windows and OS X systems.
Price: 29 Euros for existing users of Cosmosf Saturn 7 / 7S and is free for the users who own the sonicLAB BOT bundle as well. Cosmosf Saturn 8 costs 149 Euros and version 8S costs 199 Euros.
