Terminal VST has released Instant, a free single-voice drum sequencer plugin for electronic and dance music producers.
Open it and a basic pattern is already running. Pick clap, snare, closed or open hihat, choose from the factory sample library or load your own samples, and you're done. One plugin, one channel, all the basic controls in place.
For producers who want to go deeper, Instant let's you do that. A variable length 32-step sequencer with per-step velocity randomization, micro-timing nudge, shuffle/swing, Elektron-style parameter locks on every control, such as filters and pitch - and instant drag-to-DAW audio export. All of it optional and the pattern runs without touching any of it.
