Pulsonix

Pulsonix is a small independent audio software company from Belgium, run by a single developer with a background in engineering and a long-standing habit of taking drum machines apart.

Our first release, BeatForge, is a hybrid drum machine, step sequencer and REX loop player — circuit-modelled 808, 909 and 303 engines alongside slice-based sampling, per-step parameter locks and deep MIDI integration. Everything is written from the ground up in C++, with as much care spent on efficiency as on sound: analytically antialiased DSP that delivers vintage character without the CPU tax.
