And please take a look why the 1.3 version is consuming more CPU but also the sound seem to be "different", worse for a lot of our ears..

Yes please, the original was fatter and more authentic. 1.3 is thinner.

Anyone care to put up some examples of the same patches on both versions, and the differences in sound?

I had a quick play with the new version, and it sounded pretty good...

The new gui is really nice, much better, it will be great to see this great little synth get some new found attention and development...

Not sure if this is useful... I created this track for the "one synth challenge". OBXD was used for all sounds including drums. We were not permitted to use any mod effects like phaseres, flangers, etc, so there is only a little delay effect being used:

Can anyone confirm if discoDSP has actually changed the sound of this plug-in? All George mentioned was fixing the skin and the way it handled browsing banks.

The filters DSP are from latest 2Dat sources but it looks like people prefer the previous version one. Will check.
