Not counting things that was payware, and that was set freeware in 2014. I am not including stuff released via KVR DC14 either, because that has already been voted on.

Which synths did I forget?

Cheers, Numanoid, nice thread.

Haven't even heard of most of those 8) Must have been in a coma again...

These are also worthy of inclusion, sorry I missed them.

Brainstormer
D-Wave
Esfera
M-Phasewave LE
Nabla
RedOsc
XSRDO Patchwork Modular System

GigMate V2, SampleTank 3 Free, are excluded because it is not v1, the list would very long if updates are to be included too.

A proper poll. Good on you numinoid. I voted fish cuz I didn't like any.

Yeah, first make the list, then the thread :hihi:
Can't you add them anymore? In advanced edit mode one can change most anything...

Dexed
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Yup, I didn't think it was possible, but it is, but then the poll got set to zero ?

:scared:

Sorry about that

Brainstormer is far from finished - maybe pre alpha in its current state (quite a letdown, this one). Vaccin and PhenOmen, although nearly finished, are still in beta (kudos to the developer for updating PhenOmen so frequently - I just hope the same conduct will be applied to Vaccin). Fish is very buggy - sadly. Enzyme Player is a CPU hog (sure looks interesting though). Cylone...couldn't make it work on my machine for the life of me. And isn't Nanologue iOS?

Cedr seems very nice ;) Same for Raganrock, OBXD and Dexed - not my usual cup of tea, but they're solid synths.

However my vote goes to M-Phasewave: it's finished, functional, and interesting enough to keep you busy even in its mono form ;) Otherwise I would have voted for Dexed (still waiting for that complete preset list though, heh) or Vaccin (really, really good sound quality - very powerful, yet clean) or PhenOmen (alas, still a work in progress - but I'm sure it will rock when finished).

I voted Dexed, it was an excellent FM synth with enough options to keep you busy forever.
