Similar to Kontakt (for Latin type drums)?

I have found some very interesting Latin drums, but they seem to require the full Kontakt (I don't have it). And I don't have the amount of money to use for just drums (I know Kontakt is used for much more than for drums, but I don't see myself needing it for anything else than for drums and maybe occasionally for some brass notes maybe).

I was mainly looking for something like Rio Grooves (169e):

Any suggestion for something MUCH cheaper option for Latin type drums/percussions?

I tried the Ujam Drums, but it is more cinematic. I’m searching something more Latin type drums.
