Here's my entry, I hope you enjoy it! I found GR-8 a lot of fun to use, especially the onboard effects which can be dialled to resonate and modulation effects that can be made static.
This thing eats RAM - so you've got to keep an eye out for that, I found I had to close the UI when the project got big to prevent minor stuttering. Other than that I didn't have any problems with lost patches or anything like that.

31 GR-8 instances, all sounds made from Init.

Nerd Stuff
All FX are from the synth. Logic Pro X stock plugins used for mix-down (EQ, compressors, limiter) except TDR Nova and 20% OTT on the bass buss. All reverb, delay, etc is all synth. Master limiter is Lim No 6 with about 2-3 dB of reduction. The video below shows some meters and the Lim No 6 activity. I used a lot of automation per usual, but only automated the synth params, nothing else.

The synth feels like an old analog synth with modern FX, so I tried to create a track to highlight as many of these classic sounds as possible (Arp, chord, unison) while also giving modern sheen to it (i.e. the FX section), including taking advantage of some of the interesting sync issues i found with oscillators, and no sync for LFO (at least I couldn't figure it out). Love the GUI, but some of the knobs had a lot of "lag" in Logic X when doing automation. I see Phuturetone has added velo control (nice) but my version had no velo control so i used filter automation to swing the bassline and other stuff.

Also somewhat unique for me is pretty much everything is played in on my keyboard live, including automation of the synth params. didn't quantize much of anything except drums, which i did at the end b/c it was needed, b/c reasons. it felt really old school to make a track this way, and really fun, and reminded me why i like doing this stuff so much.

i'm enjoying my journey into more experimental sound design than what i've done in the past.

Voting Page does not work at my place.
First login took ages but finally worked. Then I got thrown out 90% through voting. Reloads did not work and finally showed the error popup with the message:
"WOW... something got messed up, tell bjporter about this: com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.StatusCodeException: 0 "
Starting a fresh "private" brwoser window, tried to login again showed again the error popup.
