Don't know if the developer is reading here
I don't know that either, but here is his branch where technical discussions take place. Just in case)

Yeah I saw that, but he doesn't seem to interact with anyone there anymore.

Get a mod to make a warning about the VST3 version in the OP, so people aren't blindsided by the issue all month.

Nils seems to have said that he plans to fix it soon... There was one guy on his forum who spent two days creating presets and was very frustrated that they were not preserved.

He must know about it anyway because there are posters on the other thread going back to July saying they lost a load of patches not saved. Hopefully he fixes it, although so long as you know to use the .dll for this month it seems pretty stable.

The CPU of my old laptop is going crazy with this rompler. Freezing tracks will save my situation! 🤪

This has to be done sometimes. I couldn't play even one instance with ToneZ, or 2-3 with Odin II, but if you're not afraid of difficulties, then you'll get a great track!
...or not

Ah ok not just me :( Glad I didn't get too far but still kind of heart breaking.

Mmmm, the synth has a lot of programs. When I was looking for a bass it stopped me very much. :scared:

If it is the same for one or the other: here is a .csv file with all single and multi program names for the better look :)

The 11 cards included can be found on the library list here:
https://kawaius.com/wp-content/uploads/ ... raries.pdf

The wave list can be found here:
https://kawaius.com/wp-content/uploads/ ... e-List.pdf

Unfortunately, Midi Quest seems to struggle with the VST, but I think it's all related to the bank saving issues and weird sysex errors the plugin is throwing on the initialisaiton.

Thanks for the docs. @Kraftraum ... my Malwarebytes won't download from there due to malware lurking ...

Very useful

Some useless oldschool Kawai K1 links floating around my brain from when the synth was used new:

The main pads in the timeless 1990s LFO - LFO was a K1 too.

Some really nice choices there. That LFO track brings back so many memories. I may sound like an ol' grump but the 90s were awesome for electronic music.
