I just realized that the beats per measure in circuit allowed to control the speed of the steps wrt the host So here is a short session with two instances of circuit at different speed trigering 4 synths (one with an arp preset).

Interesting, although I haven't downloaded anyone's samples yet, this 56k dial-up isn't too fast.

I've been playing my drums live with a piezos-duck taped-to cardboard boxes into an Alesis Trigger IO setup for a while now.

But I practice with looping drums, Rebirth or Zoom Streetboxx.

8 more demos, 30-60 seconds long for dialup. single instance of circuit in each.

my favourite is 31, a 7 count rhythm

in 33 the count decreases from 11 to 1


most of these use a kit, which is not so much the intended use as a way to highlight the output. the concept is to create rhythms that are more naturally spaced.
