Hi folks,

so, all effects have been updated to 8.01 and MRotary released with a riddiculous introductory price as usual!

To get the update please just grab and use the newest installer.

The list of changes is available from each plugin's page as usual.

BTW, to update my Melda plugs, it's enough to run the installer, I don't need the license files again, do I? Or do I have to back-up all license files for the updates?

No no, don't worry

. Though you should have the licences at your disposal! How else would you proceed when you get a new computer for example?

That's something I thought recently - I should have made a (back-upped!) folder with ALL licenses of my plugins and other software. But I have installed some license files and deleted them then...

. I can send it to you if needed, but to be honest, it's a painful job, some people have many licences and then it's just ridiculous...

The most comfortable method is to upgrade to TotaleBundle. This way you only have to backup a single file.

Just to check on the install:
(a) only 2 of the 4 shortcuts were updated; the "Update bundle" and"Documentation" shortcuts were not.
(b) in the Program Files (x86) folder, the Documentation folder, the licencemanager.dat and update.cmd files were not updated.

Is that as expected (previously I had v8.00 installed).

That's because these files are not installed anymore. Documentation is available only online and no updating, only installers.

Got it, so I can delete those documentation PDFs and just use the "Display in web browser" to get the help, using images generated using the currently selected style.

Should I wait until local setup executable will be able update my 8.00 plugins to 8.01?
Currently it shows box "No updates or packages are available at the moment".

There won't be any updaters any more. Each version is like 4 GB of data and these are more or less the same as installers, so from now, just installers:
