MOscillator wav export...

I believe it's there...sort of. On the right side of the MOsc window, under where it says "MIDI" it says "WAV" in slightly smaller letters. Click there, choose a destination. I just tried it with a Sine wave I mangled with the Shape setting and the Skew setting in the Advanced tab, and it exported over 4 minutes of my waveform, using some weirdly random name that was not at all the name i chose in the export WAV window. But, on close inspection, it was my waveform. 4 minutes + is to a single cycle, so maybe there's a a way to get a single cycle, but one can always edit it down.

This WAV button processes audio files, so be careful because you could end up overwriting your own files.
The dialog is an Open file dialog, not a Save file dialog, so the weirdly named sample must have already been on your drive, and you selected it. Be carefull!
