I'm interested in opinions on the vocal production. I guess there was some distortion with the recorded vocal and I've done a lot to smooth it out, but it could be better, especially when compared with Running Off The Mask, another track on the One Deep Breath playlist. I may have to ask Kai to re-recorded the piece. Any feedback on this or any part of the track would be appreciated.

At first listen it sounded like the vox. on here have had a HPF applied to them when compared to "Running Off the Mask", and also seem to have different reverb characteristics, but a second listen seemed to indicate that the instrumentation on Recovery also seems to contain less low and low-mid frequency content, giving the track a "thinner" sound overall.
