In case anyone is interested or doesn't know about it, the internet archive (web.archive.org) has pretty much the entire thepiz.org site archived, including downloads for (I think) all of the plugins. I just used it to grab the pizMIDI collection and a few other things.

Anybody knows what Piz is up to nowadays, is he still around?
