Pluggin gui became verry slow upon loading

Just happened overnight , there was no win 10 update whatsoever
Some of my beloved plugins take ages to bring up the gui , more specifically plogue ops ..10-15 seconds
My pc is pretty old ( 8-10 years ) but is stillfast enough
I had this experience with some pugins in the past but these were deleted pretty soon afterwards .
Strange thing is that this only happens in renoise , afaik there were no win 10 updates

It seemed to be this windows process called metric (forgot the name already ) that gathers info etc..
It's strange why only renoise was affected
