FEATURE IDEA/REQUEST: Send CC Even If "Off" Is Selected In ORDER Tab

Hello,

I want to manipulate the CC data for MIDI already played into my MIDI track. So therefore I do not need notes to come from Kirnu, ONLY CC. It seems like Kirnu will ONLY send CC if notes are programmed into the pattern as well. If you turn a step to "OFF" in the order tab, CC also is OFF.

Maybe it can work independently?

I would like a solution to adjust CC for already performed MIDI notes. (only send CC).
