Hello there, I know it's the weekend but I just treated myself to Diva and I'm kind of getting sick of listening to those clicks and pops. Do I have to wait until after the weekend for the serial ? I find it a bit strange that you guys don't have the serial automatically generated and sent via email, it is after all almost 2016 :hihi:

Regards,
Oskar.

Did you know that synths with manually generated serial numbers sound much warmer and more analog than those with automatically generated serial numbers?

:D

Who says we have manually generated serials? :-o

Once the purchase transactions goes through you either get the serial (if bought through us) or a registration code (from reseller) which you can swap for an automatically generated serial on our website...

If nothing happens please let us know...

As HiEnergy said...with u-He everything is Analog, no Digital. The best part when i got
the 4 u-He synths was the Noise part, i loved it, it intimidated me so much at the time
when i started with the Demos that i fell in a Fatal Attraction with them. And i can still
proudly claim that there is NOTHING better in my musical life and career that i got until
i got the u-He synths. I owned ARP 2600 (yes the real one), TB303, Korg MS-20, M. Voyager,
Korg MS-2000 and few others and still no, nothing is still better for me getting the u-He synths.

Since u-he big plan is to take over the world, I'm pretty sure the serials aren't manually generated. Imagine generating serials for billions of people. Shittiest job on earth!

Try support [at] u-he [dot] com. They probably check that more regularly than KVR over a weekend.

Yeah, customer should read better. Nothing to see here. :hihi:

No mate please don't do that, it's my bad really I didn't read anything just went ahead and bought with out thinking. I wasn't trying to start any shit, just every plugin I've bought online has been emailed instantly so I just assumed. And it's like they say "assumption is the mother of all f**k ups" :D
