hi
i'm looking for a real time waveform visualizer, with a serato/traktor-ish waveform view

NB : I'm not looking for not an oscilloscope or a spectrum analyser. but a visualizer that works like a classic audio recorder with visual feedback excepted nothing is recorded.

a bit like the waveform view in FLS's mixer tracks but horizontal and way bigger, and adjustable if possible....
thanks in advance

cheers

Vengeance Keilwerth Scope CM with sync mode to BPM.

Note: It's not resizable. But it's bigger than the photo above.

another option is MMultianalyser from MeldaPoduction, you can totally customize it to meet your requirements.

What do you want to analyze? Because what you ask is basically on oscilloscope.
But if you want to see or measure loudness, check out DGM Audio trackmeter or Nugen Audio Visualizer 2 (both are resizable).

Or if you just want to check out the waveform, bounce it down and open it in your DAW of choice.

These two statements are at odds with each other. The waveform view in FLs mixer is just an oscilloscope with a large time window in free running mode. You can get the same thing in any scope that has those features. The Vengence scope already suggested can do exactly the same thing.

Yes and no. "Waveform displays" are based on oscilloscope style displays, yes, since they examine every sample and visualize its value. But an oscilloscope is intended to display exact sample values, positive as well as negative, and waveform displays are often stylized to appear symmetrical (and thereby cleaner) by making all samples absolute/positive and then mirroring the positive wave down, or by summing several source channels into one lane in the display.
