Hi all. I make free and commercial plugins. I've just updated both My LA school esquire limiter and My LA bands 2 15 band eq to be both 32 and 64 bit VST2 compatible!

It should be a very positive experience for you and I wish you success with My VST plugins. In the future I intend to make these same plugins VST3, AU and AAX 32 and 64 bit compatible too.

However, that might be 8 months from now or more based on My current workload. Expect new commercial releases soon and I will always have a fully operational free version that has slightly less functionality for those enthusiasts who don't want to buy VST's and just want to make music.

Thanks. I try and make sure not to use auto-makeup because it reduces the rarefaction effect. After all, things in air are constantly fading & not in fact being normalized but going through various traps and thresholds of compression.

Thanks a lot for this, kingozrecords. I'll give them a spin as soon as I have some time. Very generous of you!  :tu:

Here's a track using the LA bands 2 as well the LA esquire limiter in tandem with the waves de-esser stereo. It's an orchestral trap rap track. For the master channel, I relied heavily on the attack and release to make the sound have presence, so as to be full and have depth.

Enjoy, and I hope this inspires others to try and make effect limiters. They're not as utilitarian, but a limiter is so unique in its ability to create a sound.

BTW, I plan to make two new versions of the LA esquire limiter, one that sounds like cassette tape, and another that sounds like analog studio gear.

Just a note about units: milliseconds are ms, not Ms.
Also in case of release, there is no space between a number and units
