I wanted to focus on the Roland MC50 sequencer from early 1990s that's been with me since that time. Of all the sequencers I've used over the time I find this the fastest, easiest and most rewarding one of the stand-alone sequencers.
I show here some quick and wasy ways to record some tracks and get a session going.
I've MIDI'ed up a gang of old synths like the Roland JX-8P, Alpha Juno 2 and a Akai S1000.

I was sampling and playing with the S1000 the other night and I came up with a couple of bass sounds that I found interesting and I try to make a track with that in mind here. To get ideas going.
To make the track a little more interesting to the viewer I've started a "proper" song with that in mind when I experiment in this video.
