I am playing a little bit with Liveslice, and just tried to record a loop in real time.
This is an amazing feature, and i was wondering if there had any way to automate this process : i mean, telling to the plugin to record and store a new clip each X beats, so that the player can jam without even having to put his hands on LiveSlice...
Or : is there a midi-assignable shortcut to tell Liveslice : "when this key is pressed : 1-store the clip, 2- create a new one and keep on recording" ?
Thank you !

I already asked for this feature some months ago and Ohm answered to my question saying that, it was an interesting "feature request" and that he had also begun to work on a new soft dedicated to loop recording
Presently, I don't think there is an "easy" way do achieve this...

ok, thank you for the answer.
Maybe that if the "record" command was midi-learnable, and if there had a shortcut to "store this clip and create a new one in next empty slot" it could be a workaround ?
Excited to hear about that loop recording thingie
