That would be good, but instead of a direct link people should simply add a Root link to the parent folder containing ALL presets. This makes it easier to look through.mutools wrote:The need for a common place for user patches grows...
So each user has only one post on that thread with a few lines stating a release date, version, description and a link. Maybe include a SMALL pic and demo sound?
So for the current preset (and the next) something like this format could be used:
Some kind of format is required and needs to be maintained to stop things getting out of control. I propose:FSM77 Dropbox Mux home page link here : http;//root/dropbox/folder/for/fsm77's/presets
MIN-E-MUX, Version 1, 28 Feb 2016: http://1drv.ms/21qX29X
It's a 3 Oscillator mono synth, intended to sound a bit like the Mini Moog.
The controls named 'unstable' give the synth a rich sound but should used quite sparingly.

FS80 description will be placed here for users to see what's good about it. Just keep the description concise and to the point for easy browsing of a users patches.
1. Each user makes a single post and lists all current and adds any new presets to this original post so they aren't scattered everywhere.
2. State in the first line the Mux Name, Version number and Direct download link.
3. Next line: No more than 3 line for the description. Any instructions for use should be in a text file included in the download.
4. A small screenshot and/or sound demo afterwards.
This way it becomes easier to browse everyone's patches, Everything a user creates is located in a single post, and everything is kept neat and tidy for easier viewing and avoids visiting different web pages and searching the entire forum for all patches a certain user makes.
All Patches currently released on here could be added, the downside? First come, first serve!
Oh! And the first post needs to be by Jo explaining the rules for posting presets as stated above.
