I can change knob colours in the knob editor but the change won't apply (except for changing the shade/brightness) when I try to apply it, and the colour reverts back to white even if I save red or yellow as a new preset. So at the moment I'm stuck with monochrome knobs or shades of colours which seem have been arbitrarily chosen by mutools. What am i doing wrong? Is this a bug or am I doing it wrong?
btw - I am only trying to use 'back colour' and 'value index' parameters for a clean look. And I am trying to change the back colour using the colour box under the preview area on the right of the editor.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Knob editor colour change doesn't stick.

The preview color in the knob/slider is just a preview color.
The effective color is defined in the front panel and can be different per knob.
So a certain knob (eg the standard knob) can be used in red, green, purple, blue, ... any color.
The knob editor is about the design, not about the specific color.
