More problems mapping CC

Hi tweakbench,
I really dig your work, nice job!
I've had no success mapping CC's from any of your instruments or effects.

Right now I'm trying to map CC data from Monomate.
Using M-Audio's Enigma I set the CC numbers to various knobs/sliders. I am using Nuendo 3 as my host. I know the Midi data is being sent because the input signals go up when I move the things I assigned. Unassigned ones show no signal, and other VST's sharing that same CC number are affected when those knobs are moved. I think I tried it in Cubase a long time ago with no success either. What's the deal?

I don't know if this will help but its info from the control details on where I assign the CC data in Enigma.
This is for the Filter knob:
Name: B5 (Specific to my keyboard)
MIDI CC: 26
Parameter:
Channel: 0
data 3: 127
data 2: 0
