Start MU.LAB, start a new session.
Click in Rack A to insert a plugin.
Expand out Synths and VSTs -- hopefully you have about 3+ pages.
Use the mousewheel to scroll down to the end of the list.
Select a VST.
Close the VST window <-- for some reason, that seems to be important
Right-click and select to replace the VST.
Expand out Synths and VSTs -- hopefully you have about 3+ pages.
Now the mousewheel doesn't scroll the list.
Just in case it matters, the VST I selected was SFZ.

I couldn't recreate this (OSX 10.4.11) - but then apparently the scrollwheel doesn't work at all with the plug in list. So it's a bug then? It didn't strike me as one for obvious reasons -"what I don't know can't hurt me"
