Parawave Rapid Discussion Thread II

I can't help wonder why a company with such a great product isn't far more active marketing it's product. Talk about Rapid has indeed gone stale after a few years, so I'd be looking to reinvigorate conversation and activity in the market. Think about permanent price reduction for Rapid, slash expansion prices, consider a fee-based transfer system, and work with preset designers on new packs.

A fee-based transfer system, actually, might be a good business decision. Obviously, most developers won't allow license transfers because of the fear that once purchased licenses will be flying around forever vastly decreasing number of direct sales, but in fact, for many, the lack of a transfer option is a red flag.

I guess developers lose more than they gain in this case in the long run. I'm not sure if this applies to Rapid, since I don't know how serious the developers have plans for it, but it's much more pleasant for the buyer to have the option to sell what he bought...Therefore, seller and buyer can meet in the middle, around fee-based options

The problem is with Bitwig 5.1 (adn 5.11 etc viewtopic.php?p=8816738#p8816738 ), so hate Bitwig, its fine in Bigwig 5.0, Studio One and Live 11....

im not sure it is Bitwig , because all other plugins runs nice
with serum i never had problems , the developer steve is superb
i wish parawave would do the same

If it worked in 5 and then stopped working in 5.1 its Bitwig as Rapid hasn't changed!

No issue with Bitwig 5.1 on Win10

all other plugins works perfect so yes i think paarwave its not up to date its a shame

What does Parawave have to be up-to-date with? Its VST3, 64 bit- works fine Bitwig for me (and others), I am on Win 11. Did it work for you in V5 Bitwig?
