I spy, with my little eye, and old Cubase VST box - the ones that were still dark white (so elder than 3.x, right?). And I thought "my" collection shows it's age - heh.
And darn it, your MIDI Time Piece II is still working. The one I've got starts, but the LCD remains blacks I can do jack squat with it (sadly).
Also, did I spot a DIY guitar tube amp in those pictures?
Definitely a new, more relaxed setup for you. Not digging the acoustics of a Loft though.

original cubase VST, 3.5 IIRC, bought that in 1999, came on a bunch of floppies lol, those boxes are full of every receipts fro every piece of gear and stuff I bought since lol
The MTP gets the black screen on start but after a power cycle it works fine, i gigged for 10 years with it till i dismantled the spaceship last winter
it's not a DIY amp, it's a 1940-50's radio amp that came in a huge piece of furniture, still waiting to have the time to transform it into a cool retro guitar amp
and the acoustics, not that bad, it's so big there is almost no reflections and i'm into putting some acoustc treatment behind the speakers and in other key spots
