Hey you technical heros :)

I would like to place a question regarding Fruity loops a using a sustainpedal on it.

First: Is it possible at all.
And if jes, HOW.

I´m a classic musician and I need it to play a piano or strings.

So if anybody knows a way an can answer my question so that I can understand it an apply the information at home, I will send you a big kiss:-))))))))

Much thanks

Yes.

You need to use a MIDI Out generator. There is more than one way to do it but basically it is always the same thing. One possible way is (quoting from a thread in FL's technical forum):
• Load up your VSTi
• Load up a MIDI Out generator
• Make sure the "Port" number at the top right of the VSTi's window and the "Port" number at the top right of the MIDI Out generator match
• Load the "Basic" preset into the MIDI Out generator
• Click the dropdown in the MIDI Out generator that reads "Basic controllers" and select "Boolean controllers"
• You'll find the "Damper" knob on top the left of the knob array at the bottom. It's already preconfigured to send CC64 (Damper). Right click, choose "Link to controller", and stomp on your damper pedal.
• Done.

This sounds like a lot, but the whole thing takes about 10 seconds.
This is a frequent FL subject. A search in FL's technical forum will reveal more info.
