I ordered Ohm Force Symptohm 2 days ago using the e-shop on the Ohm Force site. Payment of 199 Euro went find and I recieved the invoice by e-mail. BUT no download links and registration key was send by e-mail!

I have send 3 e-mails to Ohm Force explaining my problems but haven't recieved an answer yet from them. I feel very bad about it. I tried to add a thread on their Forum but it had a problem as well. Site seems to be broken!

What's going on? I mean paying 199 Euro for nothing doesn't make any sense to me!

have you ordered something using the e-shop yourself?

e-shop not working AND forum not working AND not responding to customers' e-mails... that's as bad as it can get I guess

perhaps their server is in trouble ... try using the KVR PM system to get in touch instead ...

There seems to be currently a problem with our website, some parts are crashing regularly -- we're working on the issue.

Vincent (Mauve Force), who is in charge of mail support, was out of the office for a few days, he will be back soon and will reply or dispatch your emails.

We're very sorry for the trouble, however some of us cannot work full-time for Ohm Force so there might be a bit of latency for email reply, but be sure we won't let you alone with your invoice.

I want to complain too. I ordered an Enhanced Lobster by telepathy 3 months ago and so far haven't even had a Prawn.

When I placed an order for a trout I sent a Lobster as an E-Mail attachment but only ever got a Prawn when I expected a Plaice - so whats cooking?

make sure you've got a trout ladder installed, otherwise any firewall will block them.
