how do you all do your panning of guitars, bass, piano, rhodes, organ,atmospheres and anything else you can think of especialy turntables and esoteric samples ??. and does anybody dare to pan drums in any special ways?

experiment!
you will find whats best for you
dont be afraid to hard pan everything to the left then as the track is playing move it over one instruments at a time .not sayin this will get a great mix but it will give some ideas

If you're unsure about doing it yourself via automation, you can try something like MDA's roundpan which I still use for alot of stuff.

just pan everything either hard left or hard right....

.....that way nobody can jack your a capella.

I Know it's a Dumb Question but geez
