It's the predecessor of Audiorealism Bassline.
afaik he started coding that, lost the code in a hard disk crash and only had this half-finished binary left, released it as "freebee"

Ive put this d16 303 on my list months ago. This has to be by far the best looking softsynth available an maybe the best sounding 303. Im hoping to try out a demo asap.
