Anyone else see this last night on BBC2 ?

I really liked the way it was put together. They had Kris and the Grohlster and also Butch Vig in the studio with the original tapes talking us through the songs.

Not *one* mention of Kurt's suicide - no pseudo-psych analysis of his reasons etc.

They just talked about the music

Just as it should be.

Made me feel nostalgic - a nice warm fuzzy feeling

The show was called "Classic Albums"

It's a series on BBC2

Yeah, it's a great series. If I remember rightly it's a repeat this time around, so maybe it will be repeated again in the future!

Fantastic Series!

They've done 'Fleetwood Mac, Simply Red, Metalica, Sex Pistols, Motorhead....' and slews of others I forgot already. But perfect for 'gear heads like us' - and just focuses on when, how, and why the record/CD came out as it did.

I believe it's a joint effort with BBC and Much Music in Canada as well?

I never miss an episode!
