No. Well, not necssarily. I'm on the beta so that I can keep skins up to date. Even so, I see little reason to go beyond normal daily use - otherwise you really won't know whether its the app or your hardware or OS or something else, unless you have already tested them to destruction.

Well, in the first year or so of testing, i found a load of 'bugs' by accident, and they all got fixed. I was the only tester who was actually testing tho at the timeBONES wrote:kriminal - "i on the other hand bang the f**k out of Orion all the time, just to see what happens...its what testing is all about no?"

A few years ago I had access to different OS's and I was a little more diligent but its hard to muster too much enthusiasm for new features you can't imagine using in a million years.

Well thanks to everybody for helping my curiosity out here.
I've wondered for a while how other people use Orion.
Thread bookmarked.
Very interesting reading.

Yeah, I just started it recently. I haven't used the default song in ages but lately I've been working in SE again and its handy to have the sends already present when I start playing around with a new instrument. Originally my default song had 2 DrumRacks and a WaspXT loaded as well but that becme a PITA when I just wanted to do something simple.
