So far I haven't been able to get it and I've been trying for ever. Everybody has a Suggestion but they can't reproduce the sound to prove it.

Yea can anybody tell me what synth this is? I know its been heard in all kinds or RnB songs and some rap but I just cant make it. I posted this same thing at FP a few months back I was gonna bump it but the site is down. Does anybody know how to get this synth or something similar? Please help me any and all suggestions are welcome.
Here is another variation of it in a Soleternity beat Soleternity version of Synth
if it takes you to the page, click the beat that says 30chicagostylerbizzle

just sounds like a short looped vocal sample of a single voice going ooh with a lot of vibrato on it

Streamed for me... Sounds like a clavichord of some sort. Perhaps Big Tick's TickyClav would do it?
I'm also not sure that it is a synth. Strats or other guirars in a very thin out-of-phase position can sound like that too.
