Actually, I believe compressor first is more traditionally "correct"..

..of course, I tend to try it both ways, because my host doesn't suck, and it takes a fraction of a second to swap them round.

WTF, no wonder you use tracktion!!! You need the dragging plugins feature because you have no clue where they go.

Those of us who know what we are doing don't need such conveniences and can afford to use hosts that suck.

I have to say, Logic was pretty sucky last time I looked at it too..

so let me get this straight... if i want to make any kind of music, i need a modular cubase? which is a host, right? and i can load any kind of reaktor ensemble in that as a vst? and it will let me put my compressor BEFORE the cubase and AFTER the reverb in my auxilliary send? or do i click on the Tracktion and open the modular reverb compressor? i'm confused
