Issues of this useful mag & its "Special Editions" have been fewer and further between at my local newsstands, where they used to pop up monthly. The last issue that crossed the pond focused on "How To Make an Album."
The mag pub's website is also 2 issues behind the game. Could anyone in the UK advise if you are seeing this mag regularly, or less frequently, in its home country? Thanks...

I imported two of them into germany...one about Synth Tutorials (special issue) and another one about Choosing the right Sequencer...
They're not bad for learning synthesis etc. but no higher knowledge in there.

They're a bunch of amateurish tossers. The first issue was published 2 years ago - then nothing for another year, at which point issue number two serenly appeared as though no time had passed.
They couldn't make it work as a regular publication, so they took to putting out "specials" whenever they got round to it.
"How To Make an Album", was the last issue that I've seen.
I suspect they've gone tits-up.

Kinda suspected that with about 6 ad pages in that most recent DMM issue, something was not good. I did find the mag helpful as a whole in learning some workflow enhancements quickly for some plug-ins--along with some good programming tips for some types of instruments that I'm not familiar with. IMHO, it far exceeded the VFM of CM and FM for useful hands-on info in each issue. In fact, FM and CM seem to have adapted more of this "how to get a certain thing done in a variety of hosts" mentality of late. I wish some of our US mags would provide that much substance--instead of their one-page application-specific tips, or "comparison reviews" that are more advertorial content without the guts to play favorites. The "sellout" moniker the UK pubs get bashed with here pales in comparison to the noncommital evaluations prevalent in our rags.
