It used to be 190, but that was insane. Nowadays I'm 120-160. OMG 120 is a default! I'm a tool!

I don't have a singular favourite but most of my material is 65 - 115 bpm's max with only the very odd tune being 130 or 150 - 155bpms.
That being said a 75 bpm track can easily have double time metered parts for 150bpm flams , rolls and fills etc .... but my base tempo's are always 65 - 110 tops these days .
