One day I might hear some music I like on the internet but I'm not holding my breath.

Good EBM/neo-industrial/futurepop etc doesn't seem to exist as free music. Either they lack in production or, usually, talent.

Not so much a netlabel, but I thought this might interest some.

This guy is recording and releasing a new ambient/minimal track every day for a year:

Cinema Volta

Some of it is quite excellent. Kind of works under the premise that new music is what you made that day.
