energyXT has a chords component inside, amongst an immeasurable number of other features

If you need chords for guitars, have a look at Revitar 2. (Synth + chorder)

you could run FL Studio as a vst in another host: it has great chording tools.

the only thing i saw in FLStudio is you could pick a chord by name and draw it with your mouse. I'm not sure you can do much else. anyone else know?
